Okay with Soda

 So, I am going to accept soda for now.  It is my downfall and my comfort.  Some people do drugs, some drink....I LOVE SODA!  I guess I just have to accept that, for now.  The war is not over but right now I am waving the white flagWork tonight will be so hard!  I eat pretty healthy and when I go to work and get busy and stressed I eat.  Maybe acknowledging that I will be able to do better.  I plan on bringing a protein shake, and some snacks.  I will eat broccoli, grilled chicken and lettuce, tomato and onion, NOTHING ELSE!!  No snacking on fries or dead food!

Breakfast - 9:45 a.m., 4 points
     P-6 Egg Whites
     F-2 Cups of Strawberries
Snack - 12:00 p.m., 4 points
     S-1 oz FF Cheese
     P-1/3 cup Mocha Cappuccino Protein Powder and Water
Lunch - 3:00 p.m., 3 points     P-3 oz of Tuna
     C-1.5 tbsp of low fat mayo
     V-1 Cup V-8 juice
Snack - 8:00 p.m., 6 points     P-1/3 cup Mocha Cappuccino Protein Powder and Water
     D-8 oz Skim Milk
     C-1 Cup of Oatmeal
Dinner - 11:00 p.m., 5 points     V-1 cup Broccoli, Lettuce, Tomato
     P-3 oz Chicken Breast
     F-4 oz Avocado
Total Points: 22

Work went surprisingly well, no junk like planned :)  I brought my snacks, oatmeal and a protein shake.  Dinner consisted of 3 oz of chicken and broccoli.  Today will be work as well, we will be going to lunch with family and then I will have to work, a double whammy.
