So, I am going to accept soda for now. It is my downfall and my comfort. Some people do drugs, some drink....I LOVE SODA! I guess I just have to accept that, for now. The war is not over but right now I am waving the white flag. Work tonight will be so hard! I eat pretty healthy and when I go to work and get busy and stressed I eat. Maybe acknowledging that I will be able to do better. I plan on bringing a protein shake, and some snacks. I will eat broccoli, grilled chicken and lettuce, tomato and onion, NOTHING ELSE!! No snacking on fries or dead food!

Work went surprisingly well, no junk like planned :) I brought my snacks, oatmeal and a protein shake. Dinner consisted of 3 oz of chicken and broccoli. Today will be work as well, we will be going to lunch with family and then I will have to work, a double whammy.
