Stuck to It

Today will be work as well, we will be going to lunch with family and then I will have to work, a double whammy.

Breakfast -11:00 a.m., 1 point
     Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, olives and Vinegar as dressing)
Snack -  4:00 p.m., 6 points
     16 oz Skim Milk
     1/3 Cup Mocha Cappuccino Protein Powder
Lunch -
     Nothing
Snack - 
     Nothing  
Dinner -12:00 a.m., 20 points
     Flanigans Loaded Nachos :/

Total Points: 27
Fat-2, Protein-2, Carb-10, Dairy-2, Fruit-0, Veg-5, Cond-0, Snack-0

Gave in to cravings :(  Ohh well, on to a new day!!
